Please note: Due to the recent changes, SmartPath target date funds are not included at this stage as there is no historical fund performance information available, however the SmartPath underlying funds’ performance is available for illustrative purposes. Please review the fund factsheet for your SmartPath target date fund to check which underlying funds you are invested in.
1TER: Total Expense Ratio is a measure of the total costs associated with managing and operating an investment fund and comprises the fixed annual management charge and variable additional expenses. Effective as at 1 September 2026.
Each fund has a specific investment objective and some may have a separate performance target. The funds are comprised of one or more underlying investment managers.
Each investment manager has been chosen for their abilities in a particular investment area and the Trustee has delegated the day-to-day monitoring and management of the underlying investment managers to Mercer Workplace Savings, including asset allocation and manager selection decisions.
Mercer Workplace Savings has the flexibility to change the underlying manager(s) at any time without significantly changing the objectives of the fund itself. The advantage of this is that you will be able to choose a fund that will maintain the investment objective, irrespective of the underlying manager(s).
